Matthew joined Simply Commerce in early 2026 and specialises in contract hiring across the EU, supporting businesses recruiting talent across the full range of Digital Experience Platforms.

Before moving into recruitment, Matthew built almost a decade of experience across sales and customer service roles. His background has given him a strong understanding of consultative selling, relationship management and the importance of listening carefully to what clients and candidates are looking to achieve.

In his role at Simply Commerce, Matthew works closely with organisations and digital professionals to support fast-moving contract requirements. He brings a proactive, organised and personable approach, with a focus on building trusted relationships and ensuring a straightforward experience throughout the hiring process.
