Josie joined Simply Commerce almost four years ago, bringing with her valuable experience in education recruitment as well as roles supporting children with special educational needs (SEN). Her five-year tenure in this field provided her with a deep understanding of individual needs and the importance of personalised support, shaping her approach to client and candidate interactions where Josie’s reputation for service excellence is well known.

As Team Lead for our busy Contracts department, Josie’s expertise extends to all delivery and product-focused roles within the digital commerce space. Her role also entails overseeing senior appointments on both short and long-term contract bases, ensuring that projects have the right leadership to thrive. As the head of the UK contracts team, Josie leads with efficiency, sharing her knowledge and coaching her team to excel in their roles; ultimately driving our business forward, and developing the careers of our own people as well as the many candidates she helps along the way.
