Solutions Consultant

You’ll be a part of a small and growing UK team, and a part of a global team of 50+ strategists, designers, and engineers, collaborating to deliver next-generation commerce solutions.

You’ll leverage the best of technology with a focus on modern API-first and microservices based solutions. You’ll work closely with customers in a consultative role, providing business-driven insights and expertise across digital commerce projects. Your work will be crucial in understanding the client’s strategic context – including their opportunities, challenges, business processes, and stakeholders – and translating business needs into actionable digital strategies and solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between business vision and digital solution design; helping our clients unlock value, drive transformation, and deliver measurable impact across their digital commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Map out business drivers, operating models, and business processes
  • Translate business needs into concrete business requirements for digital solutions
  • Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops and collaborative sessions
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, design, and technology
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding them through decision-making
  • Create impactful materials that drive strategic outcomes
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by bringing subject matter expertise

Skills/Experience:

  • You’ll have at least 4 years consulting experience, ideally within the composable ecosystem
  • Experience participating in pre-sales processes to solutionise with customers
  • You’ll be extremely comfortable with composable architectures and digital commerce technologies. Ideally Commercetools
  • Have a background as a BA or Functional Consultant
  • To gather requirements, write user stories and facilitate discoveries
  • The ability to engage confidently and effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
