Senior Account Manager

Award-winning and well respected eCommerce system integrator based in the UK are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their well selected, talented team. Excellent portfolio of clients across B2B and B2C. 

In this role you will:

  • Represent the clients and be responsible for satisfaction, retention of the clients in your portfolio and all aspects of growth within these accounts, identifying and then delivering upon opportunities.
  • Work with resource from around the company to ensure you have long-lasting and productive partnerships with the clients.
  • Build upon the relationships to strengthen them, be the go-to person internally and ensure there is an constant flow of communication.

Key skills & requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Account Management role.
  • Experience within a similar SI or digital agency environment, looking after a portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Clear and effective communication on all levels, both spoken and written.
  • Deep digital understanding and eCommerce knowledge with an enterprise platform, SAP Commerce Cloud, SFCC, Adobe Commerce, IBM WebSphere, Shopify.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve quality results with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Highly personable and collaborative, who likes to lead by example.
