Our client is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to join their D2C Retailers Engineering team. In this role, the engineer will work with the established Salesforce CommerceCloud platform, focusing on customer-facing features and supporting other digital teams.
This is a full-time, 6-month contract position. The team meets in London every 4-6 weeks, with travel and accommodation expenses covered.
Job Scope:
- Own features end-to-end in our established Salesforce CommerceCloud platform
- Plan, architect and develop features
- Communicate technical and product issues to diverse stakeholders
- Deliver and care about testing strategies, such as unit testing and end-to-end testing
- Work in an agile and flexible environment, making data-driven decisions and being able to pivot
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to break down tasks and upholding high quality standards while delivering value
About you
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Majoirity of experience with Salesforce CommerceCloud and the Salesforce ecosystem
- Expert knowledge in JavaScript
- Experience in subscription-based consumer-facing ecommerce products
Contract details:
- Outside IR35
- Must be based within 2 hour timezone of London
- Start date end of March
- Mostly remote with travel to the UK every 4-6 weeks (paid for by the company)
- £250-£300 p/d
