The position of a Project Manager is crucial to deliver customer experience and the delivery of enterprise projects based on leading technology such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify Plus.
Responsibilities:
- Take full owenership of Agile project deliveries for enterprise customers
- Work closely with the whole project development team to lead and ensure your projects are delivered on time and to satisfaction of the client
- Utilise PM tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Manage all stakeholders and be the face of the project when dealing with customers. Keeping them up to date and building a strong relationship
- Support in workshops and discoveries to understand the customer needs and create a project plan for execution
Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years in project management, ideally within an agency environment delivered eCommerce web projects specifically
- Experience with an eCommerce platform such as SFCC or Shopify Plus
- Lead projects with budgets of £500k+
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
- Agile Scrum project delivery experience, certification is advantageous
