As a Lead Consultant, you’ll take charge of client relationships, guide their digital strategies, and ensure their success with Shopify Plus and headless commerce solutions. You’ll be reposnible for strategic planning of tailored ecommerce roadmaps. You’ll be the trusted advisor, leading discovery workshops and delivering customer data insights. You’ll also collaborate with the technical teams and at times take on project management responsibilities when needed.
This person will identify opportunities for customer growth and retention via upselling and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce business like e-commerce manager or consultant
- Strong analytical skills to conduct e-commerce audits and provide actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to design and implement effective digital marketing and customer experience strategies
- Excellent written and spoken communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
- A creative mindset and a solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges
- Experience managing multichannel e-commerce operations or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with Shopify and headless commerce concepts
