We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a well-established consumer-focused business with multiple UK office locations. This is a hands-on role supporting a growing in-house technology function that is evolving its delivery capability and needs someone who can bring structure, stability and momentum.
You’ll take ownership of key software delivery projects, help shape a fit-for-purpose delivery model, improve reporting and governance, and support the development of internal capability by mentoring a future permanent hire. This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in an environment that is still maturing, can handle ambiguity, and is happy to roll their sleeves up to get things over the line.
We’re looking for someone with strong software delivery experience, ideally gained in retail, wholesale, travel or other customer-focused sectors, with at least 5 years’ project management experience. Cultural fit is key: you’ll be approachable, pragmatic, people-focused and able to build strong stakeholder relationships without being overly process-driven.
Hybrid working with 2 days per week in either Herefordshire or Blackpool preferred, though there is flexibility around remote working where needed.
