GTM Lead (Senior Sales)

  • London Area - 2 days travel to City

Our client is a boutique digital transformation consultancy with a strong reputation for quality across the CX space. The GTM Lead is responsible for driving growth across the channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating net new clients and maintaining a strong pipeline across enterprise accounts
  • Building trusted relationships
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration to shape winning proposals
  • Elevate client conversations through insights and thought leadership
  • Bringing market intelligence back into the business to inform offering development and campaign design

Experience/Skills

  • Proven consultancy sales experience to true enterprise brands within digital transformation
  • Coaching and mentoring junior sales members
  • Comfortable in a sales team without heavy processes
  • Experience with retail or manufacturing desirable.
