Demand Generation Manager

Using a unique unified commerce platform rooted by POS, this business has a clear vision for influencing and changing the future of retail tech as we know it. The role of a Demand Generation Manager offers an opportunity to be a part of this mission.

Take full ownership of all demand gen activities, working collaboratively with the wider central marketing team and SMEs. This position give space for creativity and experimentation, allowing for the status quo to be broken, as well as be a part of a collaborative and fun work culture. You’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth within a defined target ICP, and nurture target accounts across key markets.

This role combines data-driven marketing, strategic account research, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and partner teams to execute high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) and
demand generation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel outreach cadences and campaigns to engage target accounts
  • Own, manage, and continuously refine all target account lists in alignment with sales and marketing priorities.
  • Conduct detailed account research and use data insights and intent signals to prioritise outreach and campaigns
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up for industry events
  • Track event-generated leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion into opportunities.
  • Work closely with partner teams to identify shared target accounts and develop joint account strategies.
  • Act as a key stakeholder providing insights and feedback on ABM content needs

Experiences/Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or ABM at SaaS/tech /enterprise-oriented business.
  • Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing / paid media, content marketing, events/webinars.
  • Excellent analytical skills: able to work with data, define KPIs, build dashboards, run experiments
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Ability to write / refine messaging and oversee content creation in line with the content team
