Customer Success Manager

  • Up to £75,000 plus OTE
  • London/Hybrid

We are currently working with a global agency who are looking to expand their commercial team by bringing on board a Customer Success Manager on a permanent basis.

They are leaders in global branded commerce, working with international brands on award winning sites.

As the Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for the success of a large portfolio of clients within an expanding part of their business, with the opportunity to utilise your experience within the payments space to make the Customer Success function your own.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong and positive relationships with clients at Exec and operational levels as well as partners
  • Working closely with clients to manage their expectations
  • Networking with clients to develop new contacts and opportunity for revenue growth
  • Keep up to date with market trends and technologies
  • Review/track and understanding of profitability of your accounts

Experience/Skills:

  • eCommerce experience is required (ideally from an agency setting)
  • Experience and in depth knowledge of the payments sector – understanding the full spectrum of technologies
  • 7+ years experience working in a client facing role
  • Ability to translate between technical & commercial contacts is essential
  • Ability to build relationships with clients from exec to operational levels
