We are seeking a highly experienced CRO Lead to join a leading global eCommerce team for a 6-month contract, with the potential to move into a full-time role. This position focuses primarily on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), with a secondary focus on UX (80% CRO, 20% UX).
Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in CRO (preferably 80% focus) within B2C eCommerce (regulated industries a plus).
- Strong data analysis skills, using tools like Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
- Experience in leading CRO strategies, creating roadmaps, and working with both local and global teams.
- Background in personalisation and A/B testing for high-volume, data-driven projects.
- No team management required—this is a hands-on role focused on driving CRO results.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, with the ability to adapt and take on a variety of tasks.
- HTML, CSS, Javascript experience helpful but not required (agency will handle coding).

- Start date: ASAP, ideally by January.
- Location: Office-based 2 days per week in Hammersmith (easy access to the tube). Might flex to 1 day for the perfect candidate.
- Outside IR35 contract. Budget to be confirmed.
