Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to work across a variety of brands, with a strong focus on the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media channels, engaging with online communities, and staying ahead of digital trends. Knowledge of paid social is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement: Manage and grow online communities across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Content & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content in line with brand tone and audience preferences.
  • Audience Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content to build brand loyalty.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform trends, industry shifts, and emerging social formats to keep brands ahead.
  • Performance Analysis: Track engagement, reach, and other key metrics to refine content and community strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in community management or social media management, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for identifying trends and crafting engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt to different brand voices.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., scheduling, analytics) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of paid social strategies is a plus but not essential.
