By simply introducing us to a candidate who we successfully place, you could earn a voucher worth up to £500. And the best bit? The more candidates you refer who land roles, the more vouchers you’ll receive.

How do I refer someone?

You can contact us directly about a referral and we will follow up by calling and/or emailing your contact (it’s therefore a good idea to get their permission before you pass their details on).

Terms & Conditions

  • The referral vouchers will only be paid in line with the following terms and conditions:
  • The incentive is applicable for referred candidates, placed into permanent and contract roles
  • Vouchers will be paid for a placed permanent candidate once the client’s rebate period has elapsed, and for a contract placement, once the candidate has been in the role a minimum of 90 days (working on contract through Simply Commerce Recruitment LTD)
  • For contract placements, a subsequent voucher will not be paid should that contract be extended
  • The voucher amount will depend on the placement fee of the referred candidate
  • Vouchers are only applicable if the referred candidate was not already known to Simply Commerce Recruitment LTD
  • In the event of any dispute, Simply Commerce Recruitment LTD’s decision is final.
  • If the referred candidate is introduced to Simply Commerce Recruitment LTD by more than one referrer then we will operate on a first come, first served basis
  • For the avoidance of doubt a referrer is not able to recommend themselves as a referred candidate
  • The scheme is not open to Simply Commerce Recruitment LTD’s employees, friends, or family.
  • The recipient of the voucher is responsible for any tax liability in connection to the reward.
