You would be a Solutions Architect, operating at a senior consultant level, in a core customer interaction architect team. You would be working on complex cloud integrations that oversee all customer channels such as commerce, customer data, marketing solutions, and CRM. This position offers technology leading responsibility within an enterprise environment working with latest cloud technologies. This role requires to be hands on with architecture activities and works collaboratively with the wider digital team and partners.
Experience/Skills:
- Experience in a SA role within a customer interaction capacity, not necessarily retail
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and environments – preferably MS Azure, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and ability to articulate technical solutions and collaborate with team members
- Experience within complex enterprise digital teams and environments
- Commerce experience would be highly desirable – cloud technologies preferred
You will be expected to work at least once a week in their office close to Essen, and will need to be residing in Germany to have an employment contract.
