Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the generation of contract client accounts. Identifying, pitching, agreeing commercials and nurturing new contract accounts.
- You will provide fully qualified candidates within your vertical market for live roles and manage the end-to-end process, including post-placement.
- You will expand accounts as well as continuously candidate pool for future roles and generate market intelligence, ensuring you are up to date with latest trends and insights within your market vertical.
- You proactively establish and maintain a network of client accounts, and a candidate network, and ensure all company databases are updated to reflect market information.
- You will conduct effective meetings with clients and candidates both online and in person, and present client pitches and negotiate contract terms.
- You will be happy to attend networking events and sector specific exhibitions.
