Our client are experts in delivering best in breed composable customer experiences to align with the customer needs in the eCommeerce sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing SAP Customer Experience (CX) projects, with a focus on SAP Commerce Cloud and Emarsys Customer Engagement Platform, within enterprise environments. You’ll be working with a dedicated team of seasoned professionals to build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure the delivery of projects is on time and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operational activities of scrum teams, either at the office, with partners, or on-site with clients
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress while managing the client’s budget/ scope & timelines
- Developing project plans and ensuring the availability of necessary resources
- Coordinating with third parties to ensure timely project delivery or adjusting plans as needed
- Facilitating teams to optimise their performance and overseeing team dynamics
Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a focus on e-Commerce project delivery
- Ability to work with project management tooling (preferably Productive and Jira) to report on project progress, manage tasks, and ensure timelines are met
- Experience delivering in Agile Scrum frameworks, ideally with certification
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – proficiency level
- High level of stakeholder management experience and working with cross functional teams
- Communication skills in both English and Dutch
