You’ll collaborate closely with a Technical Manager and a team of both local and international developers to ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
You’ll play a central role in achieving client satisfaction. Leading the development team and facilitating all scrum ceremonies reviews with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project plans and revise them where appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, scope and budget
- Apply our methodology and enforce project standards to minimize our exposure and risk on the project
- Work closely with client stakeholders and ensure that positive NPS are achieved.
- Lead and motivate a delivery team made up of developers and SME’s.
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a project manager and proven experience with web or software projects delivered within Agile methodologies.
- Dutch Native / Fluent English both verbal and written
- French is a plus
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Enterprise ecommerce platform delivery experience is mandatory. Adobe Commerce/Magento experience will be a big plus, though, Commercetools would also be interesting.
- Delivery of CMS and PIM projects using industry leading technologies is a big advantage.
