Reputable eCommerce system integrator with a high profile portfolio of customers is looking for an experienced delivery professional to join the team and lead a complex eCom migration programme for a multi million turnover customer. The role will be dealing with senior stakeholders, and requires someone with experience leading enterprise programmes of work with teams split georgraphically.
Responsibilities:
- Fostering strong client partnerships and driving successful project execution end-to-end
- Responsible for all stakeholder management and team management, ensuring highest collaboration and communication
- Maintain a clear project roadmap and set out deliverables which are met on time and to budget
- Be point of escalation for the customer and responsible for mitigating blockers.
Skills/Experience:
- Proven working experience in a senior project management or delivery role, ideally in an agency environment with end-to-end E-commerce projects
- Ability to resource plan, financial planning, control and reporting efficiently and effectively
- Process control, quality reviews and delivery of governance and documentation with demonstrated negotiation, conflict management and leadership skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships with various levels of customer management teams
- Solid understanding of the enterrpise ecommerce landscape including critical technology integrating into ecommerce platforms
