Our client is an established digital leader in eCommerce and digital transformation. For over 2 decades they have continued to push technology innovation across B2B and B2C industries.
They are looking for a seasoned professional to join to head up a small client portfolio team to ensure project deliveries are met to the highest standard they set themselves but also ensure that the accounts within the portfolio are growing in revenue. This is a dual delivery and account growth position so experience in both areas is required.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership – you will define and execute account plans to drive growth and profitability across strategic accounts.
- Project and Programme Management – You will deliver strategic projects and manage escalations to ensure effective resolutions.
- Team leadership and development – you will lead a small team (up to 3) as well as your project delivery team. Ensuring you mentor and support development to have a high-performing team.
- Revenue and account growth – You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. As well as develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand within existing accounts.
- Client relationship management – maintain strong relationships as a trusted advisor, offering solutions to meet their business objectives.
Experience/Skills:
- 8+ years experience in a delivery/account leadership position within IT or software consultancy
- Excellent customer success, account management and project delivery experience, with people leading responsibility
- Deep knowledge of variety Salesforce Cloud products and services – Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, etc.
- Experience developing and leading high performing teams
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate at senior executive levels
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
