Our client is one of the enterprise scale eCommerce solutions integrators. They’ve won multiple awards for successful delivery of innovative, complex and exciting projects for some extremely reputable brands.
In this role you will:
- Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements, understand the current state and develop technical requirement
- Translate outputs from discovery workshops into Epics and present highly technical concepts to external/internal senior business
stakeholders - Understand the full eCommerce product life cycle, including back-end systems (OMS, PIM, ERP, etc)
- Document skills in the form of user cases, user stories, wireframing, user flows/diagrams and functional specifications
- Act as a subject matter expert, including raising awareness of innovation, process improvements, and how to solve client challenges
Key skills & requirements:
- 3+ years within eCommerce
- Working knowledge of either Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud or Commerce Tools
- Proven track record in software development environments and experiences of end-to-end project lifecycles
- Experience with B2B and B2C eCommerce implementations
- Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
