Alliances Manager

Our client, a global digital commerce agency, are looking for an Alliances Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are an award winning agency who are leaders within their field. Working with some of the largest brands across the globe on their digital commerce transformations.

As Alliances Manager you will be focused on developing and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise technology providers, as well as building and maintaining key relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain key relationships across enterprise level partners to drive business growth
  • Be the main point of contact for partner communication, issue resolution and escalation management
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to align on strategy for the overall business needs
  • Drive pipeline with partners to generate qualified leads and opportunities
  • Stay up to date on key trends and market insights

Experience/Skills:

  • Proven experience in partnerships management across enterprise level technologies
  • 10 plus years experience in the digital commerce space, working with platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience elevating partner status.
